2 extra ripe plantains

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp blended onion

1 tbsp blended hot peppers

1 tbsp blended ginger

½ tsp cloves powder

¾ cups all purpose flour

2 cup oil (for frying)

How to make it:

Peel the ripe plantains. Place it on a flat plate or a flat surface. Using a fork, mash the ripe plantains into a chunky puree consistency.

Transfer the puree into a mixing bowl. Then, add the blended onions, peppers, ginger, salt and mix well.

After it’s all mixed well together, add in the cloves powder and all purpose flour. Then slowly mix until all the flour has incorporated.

In a frying pan, heat 2 cups of vegetable or sunflower oil on medium heat. Use a spoon and scoop about ½ cup size into the hot oil. Fry until they are golden brown.

Enjoy with some roasted peanuts on the side or just by itself.

  1. Howdy would you mind letting me know which hosting company you’re using?
I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most.
Can you recommend a good internet hosting provider at a honest
    price? Cheers, I appreciate it!

    • Hi! Thank you! I am not sure what hosting company is used for my blog as it is hosted by my brother in-law. I can recommend SiteGround because that is what I use on my other websites.
